An entrepreneur, agile enthusiast and practitioner, mentoring, coaching and leading teams for over a decade. He has an experience of working with diverse & distributed teams from US, Europe, Middle East with clients ranging from EMEA, APAC and AMER regions.
As an Agile Coach, he has lead large scale Agile transformations. He has been providing basic, intermediate and advanced trainings in scrum, Lean and SAFe to scrum masters, product owners, managers and executives. He also helped teams adopt lean software principles and use kanban tools.
Sharad has been actively involved with the Scrum and Lean community for past 6 years since he co-founded ISEC (India Scrum Enthusiasts Community). Since then he has been actively contributing as an organiser, reviewer and speaker in various Agile events.
Currently he is leading the Agile Breakfast group in Bangalore.
